- The basic setup – an eye-hook bolt tied to a $20 kite. I set the camera to take a picture every 2 seconds
- Let the Eagle Soar… Like she’s never soared before. From rocky coast to golden shore, let the mighty eagle soar.
- Two kind of okay aerial photographs. You can’t see the nearby mountains or Boise river with all the people floating down it, but cars and grass is okay, I guess.
- One broken $250 camera. (Smacked down in the parking lot and busted the lens mechanism)
- Next time I’ll use a kite that can fly in low wind situations and try to build something to protect the camera.
